New: Browse & Quick-Join Cartels

yo quick update — if you're not in a cartel yet, you can now actually see which ones are out there and join with one tap.

before this you had to know the exact cartel name and type it in blind. kinda dumb tbh. now when you hit the Cartel page you'll see a list of every cartel that's open or accepting members:

cartel name + logo
how many members / 20
the bonus % you'd get
public ones = instant join button
private ones = hit join, type the password, you're in

full cartels and closed ones won't show up so you're not wasting time.

if there are no cartels with space you'll just see a prompt to create your own. create form is still there at the bottom as always.
